Fond memories of bliss – Part 34

Sivakasi is a busy industrial town in southern Tamil Nadu. The unique aspect of this town apart from the industries and printing press is the amazing faith that people have on Nama Kirtan. During Sri Sri Swamiji’s previous visit to this town, huge crowds came and chanted Nama in Sri Sri Swamiji’s presence. Many came there seeking Sri Sri Swamiji’s blessings for different reasons- worldly and spiritual alike.

One particular lady’s problem was extremely moving. She had lost possession of her property document to another person and was unable to get back the same for over 7 years. She approached Sri Swamiji and sought His blessings to get back the documents. Sri Swamiji gave her a picture of Himself and asked her to chant the Mahamantra everyday until a particular day.

With absolute faith on the Master’s words she started chanting before Swamiji’s portrait. The chanting came to a conclusion on the birth star of Sri Swamiji and the most unbelievable thing happened the next day!
Early next morning, the person who had the documents came and returned the same. What was not forthcoming for 7 years, came knocking at the door soon after Nama was chanted as directed by Sri Sri Swamiji.
